Our Top 5 Wedding Venues Of 2023
Over the years we have performed at all sorts of wedding venues. Back in the early 2010’s we were playing at rustic, barn weddings every weekend in upstate New York or in speakeasy’s Brooklyn. Now it seems like couples and wedding planners are asking about hiring our wedding jazz bands to play in more traditional venues: Converted estates, restaurant buy-outs, even the occasional Napa Valley winery. Here’s a rundown of our favorite wedding venues to play ceremony music or reception music in 2023.
1. The Wythe Hotel
What has not already been said about The Wythe? With its rustic vibe, central Williamsburg location, and sweeping views of Manhattan, this spot will be sure to take your guests’ breath away. The staff here has the highest professionalism and offers world class catering, audio equipment, and five star rooms for out of town friends and family. It’s our favorite place to play wedding jazz band music in 2023.
2. 632 On Hudson
This is maybe one of the quirkiest venues we’ve seen in NYC. The venue is a converted townhouse in the west village in New York City, offerings one of the most unique wedding decoration ideas around. Every floor and room is painstakingly designed to have a unique, opulent feel. The wedding jazz band typically sets up in the main room, adding some cozy charm to an already unique space. Oh, and because we are a jazz band after all, I should mention that the vaulted ceilings and unique design of this wedding venue allows for some of the best acoustics. Great for an acoustic wedding band.
3. Slingerland Pavilion, Mohonk Preserve.

The Mohonk Preserve is one of the Hudson Valley’s most beautiful and pristine locations, and The Slingerland Pavilion is the perfect spot to transform this woodsy vibe into the perfect wedding venue. Our bluegrass and acoustic jazz band music fit nicely at Mohonk.
4. Barnes Museum, Philadelphia
If you’re looking for the best of the banquet halls, choose The Barnes in Philadelphia, PA. We have performed a handful of events at The Barnes, and each time we are blown away by the top notch production value, the amazing staff, and the elegant look of the grand hallway. If you’re planning larger wedding party, this is your place. Our cool, classic jazz sound works best in this space.
